I think the process is beginning to get younger. Berard…Othmann and Perrault are next up. The D is where he needs to get new players outside the org

I know it sucks, Some on here knew it sucks, Drury knew it 3 years ago when he called out Panarin, Now with the Mika downturn its worse, If Mika just contributed anything in the Fla series we could have won, Panarin might not have produced much in the series but at least I saw some effort from him.

Getting rid of Mika should be priority one, we will soon see how it unfolds.
