Imagine if Michkov had players that could finish to play with? This is a tough one to lose. The Flyers played really well, doubled up Toronto in shots. To not get a point at least is a shame.

Whats's funny is you know that Comcast and the front office want so badly to get into the playoffs as opposed to 'tanking' to get a proper top 5 draft pick, (see last season) but the hilarious bassakwards approach by Tortorella and his staff are actually managing to 'tank' by way of a happy accident. Every time the Flyers lose these close games where they out hustle and for the most part out play the opposition, yet still lose, I celebrate.

Not a shame. The model for this league has been set years ago. You need to build teams around solid goaltending and top tier talent. The Flyers just don't have that. The Garnet Hathaway breakaway really encapsulates this Flyers team.
