Evaluations take a lot more time. Most of this team is young, you arent going to know how each player will develop until they hit about 25-26. The teams future depends on several young players. Many of which need to develop still.

Farabee is running out of time but still has a year or two to put it together

Frost you could maybe say has 1 year left. I dont think he gets that with PHI. Hopefully he doesnt break out after being traded like Schenn.

Tippett we know what we got with him.

Other players who are still developing are Foerster, Brink, York, Drysdale, Michkov

Briere is doing the right thing right now by letting things play itself out. They are listening on Risto and Laughton. Hopefully they can pull a trigger on a deal

The kind of deal PHI needs right now is a very rare type of deal. They are unlikely to get a player with the talent level they need via trade. Best to sit on our 3 Firsts and use em. Perhaps see if you can move up somewhere.

Well, Poehling is the 1C and with Torts apparently staying in the organization a long time, I expect a multi year extension for him over the sunmer. Need to keep the team together, need more time to evaluate.
