I’m curious if Drury went for him at the TDL last year because he did get traded to Edmonton. But yea this is where you guys have bite the bullet on Drury, it was heckuva pickup. Kaliyev too now. Other then the penalty he had good game I thought. He needs more time to fit in, but they need to play him moving forward.

The playoff push is on now. These next 4 games could really determine the season and they have a boatload of home games coming up

Before the 4 nations thing, next 11 games: 8 home 3 away. This will determine the TDL direction one would think, and where they stand

He didn’t sniff the ice in the 2nd or 3rd period. If he is here for vibes and to sit on the bench I would much rather Vesey play. It makes no sense to dress someone to play a forward short all game

Do we want Berard playing no minutes here tho? I think that’s what people would be eluding to. We are making this too much of a big deal imo. He got a cup of coffee up here, he did well, got sent down. It happens all the time. We’ve complained about not developing guys well so let him develop in Hartford some more. -9 in 19 games is not exactly a ringing endorsement either, for Berard

He the shortened bench like the playoffs. We are micromanaging this team as fans worse then the post office micro manages its employees lol

Vesey seems like the odd man out now. I’d be surprised if he wasn’t traded pretty soon. Maybe even with Jones somewhere. Perhaps he could get a second rd pick from a contender, 3rd for sure for those two as a package deal considering how little cap space they take up
