Ray Ferraro on Sportsnet on Oilers-Nucks game. Is this new or has he been doing west coast games? I haven't watched many. I thought he was working for ESPN. Either way I approve - Ferraro is one of the very best analysts out there. |

Gotta say it’s way more entertaining to read the wild mood swings and infighting and insanity and inability to do much right when it’s not about the Leafs.

Bruins giving up 2 goals in the final minute to let the Sens tie the game and then losing to the Sens in a shootout OT was uh something.
I’d say awesome except it was the Sens who came back for the win. Lol. |

I get it, I can't say I'm ecstatic about it either. it's quite different from a few years ago when Canada always had a selection of dominant goalies like Price, Brodeur, Luongo, etc.
but I do think that Montembeault can give his team a chance to win, especially with that roster in front of him. we'll see.

If a playoffs series involves Montreal and any team other than the Lightning or Leafs, then I have no problem rooting for the underdog, which is probably Montreal right now. As a non-Canadian fan, I don't have any bias based on geography or politics in this case.
Besides, your coach has the most MONSTER QUADS in all of the known universe. That's worth something.

So both McDavid and Tyler Myers are going to get the same suspension Matthews did for a cross check to the neck / face right?
Both the cross checks last night at the end of that Vancouver / Oilers game were bad, and McDavid’s was pretty much a carbon copy of the one Matthews got games for.
Let’s see how consistent or inconsistent the DOOS really is. |
