Kotkaniemi and necas. Sounds like Chicago retains money on Rantanen.
It’s wild trade. Very wild
I like the deal for the Avs more than the canes. Unless the canes have something else up their sleeve because they lost a center where they were pretty weak there already. I don’t see how they can afford Miller now

Drury has been after miller for years. I think he is part of his plan moving forward. He still has 5 more years on the deal lol - TPC

If they can get Miller and move Zib, I call it a wash. |

If avs have money to do it, and zib would waive for there, 3 way trade could work. It’s just who do the Avs send to Vancouver
Rangers get Miller
Avs get zib
Canucks get - Drury or Mittlestat and probably something else from the rangers, like Mancini
Avs created more cap space is the thing, with the Rantanen trade. So they’re definitely able to do something else like this. Maybe we retain some on Zib and Canucks retain some on Miller where it’s a wash and the Canucks get more assets
Fun to think about!! Sorry for ruining Brukies day!! |

The issue people have is trading the young players we have for Miller. If in some way its a Miller for Zib trade, I dont think anyone would have too much of an issue with it.
The laughable part of all this is the fact that you keep bringing up Mancini's name as if he's some high profile asset. |

You have to be so insulting? Sheesh. It’s just figuring out a piece for Vancouver and they want RHD, and they can’t have Schneider
But laugh your head off!! I’ll be sure to laugh at you too |

What is so insulting about saying that Mancini does not move any meter on a trade like this? |

It’s just a piece. Come up with one instead of Mancini. Idk if it’s enough for Vancouver just getting the Avs center…they are insulted by Mancini therefore give them something. I won’t laugh I promise lol |

Hey they may not get him. The fact that Carolina was close to a trade with Vancouver before pivoting to Colorado shows Drury could get beat out still for Miller lol |

No not really. At least the NYR have had some success. A handful of ECF appearances and one SCF appearance. The Cowboys have now witnessed every single NFC team get to the conf title game at least once since their last championship. 0-7 in the Divisional round. 0-2 at home as the 1 seed. Notice WSH once their garbage owner sold the team. It’s no co-inkydink |

I am fine with Miller anyway. Yea he isn’t the best defensive player but he can put up 70-80 points a season still, an a hole to play against and can add versatility since he can play wing or center. Perfect piece for the top 6. If Drury could get Vancouver to retain 2 million or so on top of it? Man would be nice |

Yea and honestly Schottenheimer could be a good coach. But that isn’t even the point for me. The fact that Dallas only interviewed two real candidates in Moore and Schottenheimer, both who have ties to the organization and didn’t even bother to talk to the top candidates in Ben Johnson, Aaron glen, Liam Cohen, or vrabel just shows they aren’t serious about winning. Jerry just wants a coach he can control and can pay cheap. They aren’t a serious franchise. I despise that entire family. I can’t cheer for a team when I despise the people who run it |

Vancouver is getting embarrassed through this whole thing. Season gone to poop no leverage to deal with their problems and getting low balled as a result. At some point you figure they just say (frank) it and get the best deal they can which diminishes by the day |

I think the rangers chances improve drastically with zib out and miller in. But idk if it works if they’re both here. Which is the fly in the ointment because zib may not waive for anywhere. At least til the summer anyway |

I agree. I think they’re in a worse spot than La was with PLD. And he had more teams because it was off season
They can’t go on much longer like that, it’s like our Trouba situation on steroids |

But why cant they go on longer?? If the season is gone, why make a trade for the sake of making it if you arent going to be happy with the return? |

It’s probably not fair to the rest of the team to play a whole season like this, a soap opera within a lockerroom. Rangers cut it out a lot quicker. And have turned the season around. It’s almost like the Trouba situation, without the sex
I read somewhere what happen was, Petterson banged Millers wife. (Not a prediction, this is SPECULATION by someone else). I’m just relaying the information I read lol |

I dont think they believe the season is lost. Theyre in the same exact position we're in standings wise, however we're 7-0-3 in our last 10 and the Nucks are 2-6-2. I think this is more of a matter of who will blink first. If Im Drury, I lean back in the chair, kick my feet up on the desk and chill. If this Nucks slide keeps going Rutherford may panic, however I would not offer up Chytil any longer. |

What about Panarin? Not a rumor at all I’ve heard. Maybe he’d be open to another city. Him and Petterson could be dynamite.
Call up Berard. Or possibly Othmann. And trade Smith. I like smith but they need to trade him so one of the Hartford kids gets a call up. Perrault could be an ace in hole
