Not sure what you're on about. I have no issues and concerns with his leadership & influence on the team. They're the second youngest in the league and their rebuild is going better than the Dahlin lead Sabres who are stuck in the proverbial rebuild.

He is not bad and leading by example on the ice but is he the vocal type in the dressing room on these slow starts and inconsistency on the team we wouldnt know
