I mean he's was a standup comedian that transitionned into acting, I don't think he every pretented to be a great classical actor. He made funny movies based on his standup, he did make a couple of serious ones and banged Jenny McCarthy along the way

He did a good job in the Truman Show and Man on the Moon (I mean he transformed into Andy Kaufman).

So yeah, when he wants to, he can do good stuff.

Also, I am pretty sure he still takes daily penicillin because of McCarthy.

Actually, it started when I played defense. Me and this other guy would spend more time trying to hit guys *cause we sucked otherwise) so they nicknamed us Bash and Mash.

Mashadar came as a joke later on, when some people on the team had read The Wheel of Time... which made me pick up the series (that took forever - and a second writer - to finish).

I'm convinced George has it finished and is too much of a coward to publish it because of the way the Finale got bashed. Dany becoming Hitler, King Tree Bran, and the Night King being a wussy and waste of space are probably already his plan.

Yep. Jordan got it lost in the muck and it wasn't until he realized he was dying that he tried to bring it back together.

The change to Sanderson was much, much needed. And i don't think Jordan could have pulled off the final book at the level Brandon did anyway.
