Its bs though because in his last term almost all of the tariffs they collected went to bail out farmers. And there are a lot of US states terrified right now about retaliation. Any farm states will again be devastated. Trump doesn’t have a clue. He’s just trying to bully his way through things but he’s isolating the US more and more. It won’t end well.
