Pettersson may not be a pure puck moving defenseman, but he's definitely a play driver anyways. Whether he's playing with Letang or Jack Johnson, everyone gets a bump in possession playing with him. Basically fixes any pairing or line he plays with. You'll love him.

DOC mistimed his breakout last year. He's capable of a little bit more as a middle six type. Similar to Heinen though. Despite his size, he's not that physical, but is very fast and good on the forecheck.

Hope you enjoy. Sad to see them both go but Pens need to start rebuilding.

Saw this and it makes what Canucks did make a lot of sense.

Another rental situation with the Pittsburgh trade. Hopefully it works out better than last year. Chytil needs to keep healthy, agree on Victor Mancini. Keep the trade talks going with Columbus & Buffalo.

The trade for MP makes me think they will keep Boeser as a self rental if we aren't too far out of a playoff spot. Management is out to lunch thinking this isn't a lost season, and don't seem to realize that futures can be used to acquire players under contract in the off season.
The boys better turn it around and make playoffs now, fans won't accept anything less after that trade.

I was here when they traded Vaive, Neely, Linden, Bure, Bert, Luongo, etc. people were upset then, as they are now, this too shall pass and the team will be fine.
