They should be. Their attention in Canada and Mexico is really mis-directed. Meanwhile BRICS has added Nigeria and Indonesia to the list of their economic cooperation agreement ( now over 22 countries and growing, representing over half of the world population). The US is (frank)ed. So is Canada. Both are going downhill.
