That would be the smart thing but unlikely. I would love to see EP40 go to Columbus.

Man the American's here in Mexico are ignorant rude f*cks. Make no wonder they are hated so much. They should just stay in the US

Certainly are some. But Ive met many good ones down there. No different than anywhere though. I mean we have bumholes like little Rick micro penis here.

EP116 needs to turn things around quickly or that may just well happen. I don't think he's tough enough to handle the pressure. There may be a timely injury coming.

Canucks now focused on acquiring an impact forward

Preference is a player in the mid 20s age range that can grow with the core

The main asset they now have is cap space to take on a contract plus their own assets they didnā€™t have to use to acquire a top 4D

Act three awaits

Do we have any more firsts we don't need?

Grow with the core?

The Canucksā€™ core consists of Hughes and thatā€™s it. Miller gone. BB as good as gone. Pouty could still go. Demmer a shadow of his former self. Do we consider Hronik part of the core?

Looks like the core is what needs rebuilding.

My feelings on Boeser is I like him overall even though he is slow, but I don't like him at 8 mil. It sounds as if Aquilini is okay with 8 mil.

Come on, thereā€™s core players here, you donā€™t have to be one of the best players in the league to be a core player. EP40 just turned 26 signed long term. Hronek just turned 27 signed long term, Hughes obviously, DeBrusk just turned 28 signed long term, Chytil is 25 signed until the end of 2026/27, thereā€™s some good players but they need bigger scoring wingers and another center.

I like him too, but he has value, trade him for a younger scoring winger.

The Canucks need a Jason Robertson, a 6ā€™3ā€ 210 lb skating winger. They actually couldā€™ve drafted him in 2017 in the second round but Benning couldnā€™t figure out why no one was drafting Kole Lind, so he took him instead.

In 2022 the Canucks( Allvin) could have drafted 6'7 Lian Bichsel, but they chose to draft 5'11 Likkermaki to be that big goal scoring winger.

Youā€™re a cancer!!

Anyways, JT Miller made some mistakes, heā€™s a great player, but he needs to own that.

I was here when they traded Vaive, Neely, Linden, Bure, Bert, Luongo, etc. people were upset then, as they are now, this too shall pass and the team will be fine.

- Pacificgem

Really? it's still owned by Aquilini.

I was hoping he got the hint without me having to mention his name. For the record I was happy too when they drafted him.

He wasnā€™t unhappy with the pick, if my memory serves, however, heā€™s amongst the stupid apparently.

They gotta start hitting more on those picks. Not only do they not pick much in the 2nd round, they donā€™t hit a lot. Demko and Hoglander are the only products from the second round in the past 10 years.
