For the record, I was defending the canucks pandering to one of their highest paid assets. In no way am I defending your diatribe of non-sensical petey spam. - Sayros
Fair enough I can respect that 👍🏻 |

Sure cancerhawk... team's rosters are more set after the playoffs with the cap rising significantly july 1st than they are today.
All this bs you post is fueled by hysterical hate mixed with an extremely low iq..
- boonerbuck
My nail clippings have a higher IQ than you will ever know.
How about some more cancerhawk hysteria hate in more of your posts.
As for bs your so full of it your eyes are floating in brown. |

Yes. I just find it worrisome that it's gotten to this point without much of a difference in his performance or team wins. - Load Management

People that were firmly in his corner are dropping off more and more every day. I mean look at you and LM were huge fans and have changed opinions.
I think people waiting to see the old Petey and his first few years back again are going to be disappointed. He is reminding me a lot of Jeff Skinner. |

I never had any problems with Miller sent packing sooner than later.
Boeser being UFA signs my hardball offer or gone asap for a good offer.
On EP I’ve ridden his ass like a rented mule for many many months & for good reason that is undeniable. The excuse machine is laughable. I decided he is overrated now that he is at 11.6m & I don’t hold out on any hope he will change my mind. I further don’t believe he will get back to 11.6m value & his contract will be an anchor. In the more recent games I’ve seen no sign or even close he is going to improve to a level so I would back off. Therefore I changed gears & want him gone sooner than later. Sooner I prefer if the offer is out there. If I have to wait til the summer so be it.
Lastly I want EP back to his high level as much as anybody I just don’t see it. - Nighthawk
Well it's pretty cute that you think pages of spamming the same thing about Petey is going to expedite his departure. I'm sure the nucks have a social media and forums consultant taking tallies on who is getting trashed the most, and bends the ear of management. |

If the team looks like they are out of the playoffs, I'm sure they would. 5 weeks away... they will assess first I imagine. That's the point people are trying to make. It's knee jerk to just dump today. - boonerbuck
Not knee jerk I’m positive he has to go if it were up to me. I’ve gone through ranting for a long time now that he sucks & onto moving him. Yes assess but not close to 5 weeks. It’s down to game to game to see signs on an upturn. Past couple of games there has been some moments but never sustained. He has looked more perked up & the weight of Miller gone helps. I want results & that means wind & him a big reason nothing less. |

You are mistaken if you think responding or not makes a difference. Look at how many times he takes up a whole page when no one is responding. He has no control. Thats not on anyone but him. - boonerbuck

Never been a huge fan but I'll always get behind a Canuck that's playing well and or giving his all. Bought a Hughes jersey before he got the C. He's my guy on the Canucks. Although Barkov has been my favourite player for awhile now. |

Everyone and their moms knows Petey is having an off year - and it's been well documented how the "fans" feel.
I just have more faith in the kid rebounding - based on his consistency the last 7 years. He's, on average, a PPG player his entire career - that usually puts up 30Gs, those kinda guys are not a dime a dozen. Yes, he's not currently living up to his contract but I also remember 2 years ago when he put over 100pts at 7.35 and his first 2 yrs putting up 28&27 at 925K.
I think they need to dangle Demko, Boeser, Hogs, Raty, Karlsson, Mynio to nab/package for the best young Center availble. EP, Chytil + one more to build around |

True, he’ll blather on for 10 posts in a row, but if you engage him it’ll be 30 as now he feels like he needs to defend his normally idiotic positions. I just ignore him. - Pacificgem
No you don’t you know I’m here
You’re just the blogs pompous ass stuck on that high cloud of yours.
Doesn’t matter to me if ppl engage with me or not. It is solely their prerogative to or not. I don’t require validation such as yourself I’m quite secure with my flaws of course unlike you. Humility is a word not a 4 letter word to ppl like yourself. |

I was also a big proponent of Boeser when everyone was crapping all over him, I think you were too, and then he came back mentally and physically healthier after dealing with the death of his father and scored 40 goals.
Now, I think they need to move on from him. So yes, attitudes do change. It’s a very fluid business in terms of player movement. Pro sports, or any sports, at a high level is very mental, even the greatest players of all time struggle from time to time.
I’m hopeful he can mentally reset this summer and train like he means it, we’ll see. |

I think they'll probably try to move Soucy and Boeser before some of the younger guys. Soucy's in a left side logjam now and I'm thinking some of his money will go to resigning Marcus P. |

Someone once said if you don’t shoot you don’t score. How about he starts there unless it takes confidence to let rip.
He has a 18+ shooting% has 11 goals only hmmm idk what the problem is. |

I think it’s gonna be hard for him to reset this year, I don’t know if this is true or not but he seems like a kid who internalizes things too much. I also think his knee is bothering him to some degree.
I think he so talented, is he a superstar, no, but when he’s on he’s a damn good player. When he was most productive offensively at even strength he was on Millers’ wing, maybe they need to get another center and put him on LW again. Also not as much skating on the wing. |

Who is gonna help EP on the wing. He hasn’t made a winger better yet. No winger has made him better either.
EP could start with padding stats on the PP or is there other reasons players hold him back? |

With the rising cap, would everyone prefer MP at 5-6 years 7m or 8 years 6m? |
