Honestly, what i remember most about last night's game is that the (frank)ing Sportsnet app THAT I PAY FOR wasn't working and by the time I gave up on starting the game from the beginning there were 13 minutes left in the 2nd period!
The first thing I saw after setting in was Eichel make it 2-1.
We played well. Everyone is engaged - what a concept! Still too many turnovers and open looks in our slot. But, my favourite thing was the 4th line playing 12 shifts over 3 periods.

- Tonybere

3rd period was a turning point, you’d hope. They went out and won a hockey game

This place has had a lot of topics going. Is what it is
- nyrangers2

It has definitely been a busy few months in rangers land lol

I just like the direction of the team, where it’s heading and I’m a dyck about it I guess

I just said I was excited lol I put positive vibes in the air, I’m an evil clown yes 😈 🤡

How’d the fire Drury chant work out? Was ya mouth full with crow?

- Slimtj100

He should be fired. He’s mortgaged the future and gotten us nothing. We went from being in the ECF to maybe not even making the playoffs. But ur right, Drury shoulders no blame.

the problem is that the Rangers fan online universe acts like total dooshes anytime somebody we trade away succeeds, we troll each other

people still don't shut up about Buchnevich, it's been insufferable

- jimbro83

If its so insufferable you can leave.and not comeback.

No loss

When you ask to be traded, that is quitting on an organization

I’m happy for him. I’m also happy for the rangers because that trade resulted in Keandre being a better defenseman once he started playing with Borgen. People may not want to feel like that and that’s fine. But that’s my general sentiment on the trade. And Kakko is still inconsistent is the point I was making

- Slimtj100

So JT Miller quit on the Canucks.

All I want is the ANGST out of this team.
Play hard, play tough, play to win. That is it.

If Miller helps that, than great.

I don’t know how we do this without Kaapo Kakko

Cmon that’s funny

I thought the 3rd period showed all of that last night. Vs a beast of a team, off a b2b vs rested team, etc. Maybe I’m jumping two steps ahead idk, but I loved the 3rd period last night

Any thoughts on last nights win?
- Slimtj100

Good win, team looked good overall. Awesome for Quick to get that 400th. Lets see if they can string a bunch of wins together and also look ok even when they lose.

If true, Pettersson should’ve been the one to be traded. That’s how Steve Nash found out his kid wasn’t his 👀

Idk lol I just heard some numbnut speculate that. It’s odd that the hatred got so deep. I do think Miller wanted to lead the team more then he was “allowed” to do, by Petterson and Hughes probably

Listen, I don’t wanna fight you lol. I apologize for being a doosh before. I just try to laugh at all this Kakko stuff now. I just don’t miss him like you, and others. And the rangers don’t either imo

Ur just all over the place man. Pretty sure beginning of the season u were all about how Kakko finally turned it around and u didn’t want to see him get traded, to suddenly Drury is a genius for trading him.

Drury is doing what he’s doing to save his own job, not what’s in the best interests of the organization which is what I felt JD and Gorton were doing.

Drury wants to change this team to a north south team, allegedly, but every deadline move he made before Miller, was Kane Wennberg Roslovic Rhuwedel etc. He throws darts against the wall and hopes to hit bullseye, I don’t see his plan/vision. Aging veterans that couldn’t get it done in their prime, but now is the time to go all in? Come on.

The reason he was traded, and subsequently scratched, was because of inconsistency. And I imagine the org felt the same frustration as I did regarding him. Look at his stats before he was traded, it was nothing for like 3 weeks AGAIN. Thats what the story of Kakko was here. Yes he was great for like the first month or so, and then squadoosh. And ironically, he’s been inconsistent in Seattle too already

They just couldnt wait for him anymore when you have Perrault, Othmann, Berard, etc next up.

I actually think he will be a genius when all is said and done lol. It’s very early for you to say the future is done. It’s silly to think that really. Wingers especially, we have oodles of guys to take Kakkos spot eventually

And you act like Drury is the only GM to ever trade picks. He was going for a cup. Literally any and every GM do the same thing and I believe he is further away from the hot seat as you think. Dolan fired the beloved JD for him, his job isn’t in jeopardy. Lavy in the other hand could be if this season goes nowhere

We sound like a bunch of whiny female doges reliving the past with the core that couldn’t get it done, and now right before your eyes a transition is taking effect. The Rangers are becoming a harder team to play against. Miller is the attitude this team needed. The jolt it needed to get over the hump. It may not happen this year and if it doesn’t sobeit. You know what will happen? Humbled and embarrassed and come back hungry next year will happen. And we have our pick where next years won’t hurt as much. Miller captain, Perrault here, and hopefully a replacement for Ryan Lindgren. Please god. Zib is reborn into a RW that we fall in love with.

Buy in I’m telling you, Rangers are heading in the right direction. Trust the process

Well I was wrong I do think that was James Dolan over him. Listen I surrender you win.

The game is evolving every year. Rangers attitude is what lost last year, to Florida. They played like pussies

Idk how the defense holds up this year tho is the question. I think the forwards will be fine (for this year)

in general this website is an absolute joke now, I truly was terribly disappointed that it didnt die permanently back in December

you still go to this website and spyware comes flying at you even after he supposedly fixed everything a month ago

you wouldn't believe the alerts I get in my logs whenever I come here

hockeybuzz is way more of a threat than Russia having a team in the little tourney I assure you

Our defense leaves a lot to be desired. We have a bunch of 3-6 dmen, but no true top pair. I don’t want to hear about Fox being a top pair dman, he’s not who u want out there against the opposing teams top line. He’s best suited on the 2nd pair and as a PP specialist.
