well it's gonna depend on who it is and at what stage of their career they're at, of course older UFAs looking to win a cup before retiring might not be interested, but a younger player could be motivated to join that group and eventually win.

I actually think it is the other way around, older close to retirement UFA maybe more willing to join than younger ones who wants to pursue the money after taxes

I use to go down to the conference center to use the wheel chair accessible single toilet bathroom.

i go to the big upstairs bathroom. more room and definitely seems newer and cleaner. it's a 2 person bathroom but there's a lock so people know you're politely saying "i'm wrecking this place and you don't want to be here right now"
