Not too many players are like Pronger. But he is solid 2 way with a big shot. He had 51,41 and 70 points prior to this season. What does he put up playing with Hughes? On the D for the Canucks I posted, he would be the cannon on the PP.
Imagine that D core with a Demko / Lanky tandom.

When Miller knew it was only a matter of time he was gone after all of his antics & bs at least he showed spark & drive to go along with some of his well known gaffs etc. Canucks didn’t wait to move him out when satisfied they got the best they were going to get being hamstrung by his NMC. No trade protection for EP is a bonus but again 11.6m will be the focal point on any deal now or in the offseason. No team sees him as an elite superstar only that he can be better & that doesn’t mean 100pts. He’s a top tier 2 player if regains his status & shoots. Too bad knee tendinitis & confidence incapacitates his ability to let rip.

Oh don’t get me wrong cuz I’ve posted many times to get Dobson. Wishful thinking imo. LL isn’t easy to deal with at the best of times. EP in NYI makes a lot of sense to me it’s just so difficult to get a read on anything LL is up to given he keeps leaks to a min or nothing.
