Wtf are they gonna do with Petey. My goodness he is a shell of his former self - Jkuzzi
Nothing, just work through it for the last 28 games and then see how he does with a complete reset in the summer. The freakout is somewhat comical, I remember the same sentiments happening with Boeser when he was dealing with his father's demise and subsequent death. It's just one player, the healing process has started and a new leadership core will be implemented this summer. A new beginning!! |

The porn posting was the end of the end for them. An absolute poop show at the end over there. |

They should take the A off of him and just let him focus on playing. He's a quiet kid let let him worry about 1 thing |

They have until July 1 to decide. Clearly, I'm on Team Trade but I think patience should be prudent until then. Also, Boeser's situation was much different, a dying father is a bigger deal than tendinitis. |

My brother who is a big supporter of #40, agrees, time to move on from him and hope to get a couple roster players, hoping retention is minimal. |

So his confidence is low and you think removing the "A" from his jersey is going to somehow make an improvement in his head? People are just eating him alive again on X today, the poor kid needs a change of scenery to get away from the clown-show in Vancouver. Playing better would help but it's not like he's not trying. Just needs a reset.
He'll probably go somewhere and become a perennial 90 point player, which is really good by the way, I just hope the return is good, as I'm sure it will be. There are smart GM's out there who can see past the fluff fans can't. |

Yes it is, however, no one knows how truly toxic it was in that room and how that affected Petey, at the end of the day it affects everyone differently. It's widely reported he does not do well with confrontation and the current and ex-Canucks say it was a bad deal in there with JT. |

If it was allowed to fester for such a long time with little being done about it, why would he want to stay in Vancouver.
I think he is damaged goods from everything that was allowed to go on and would probably want a change of scenery and probably feels management didn't/doesn't have his back because Miller made him cry a lot. |

Hunter Shinkaruk was going to be a star.
Frank Corrado was going to make Team Canada Olympic squad.
Virtanen was the next top power forward.
Oh how he had such awful takes… |

I’m not a fan of him. But I think they need to hold onto him at least until the offseason. Get him rehabbing hard. I think the wrist and knee are worse than the team is letting on. |

Didn't Allvin say he needs to grow up.
Anyways, I will try stay away from any toxic talk against #40, as some get offended, I will turn it towards Myers, which appears to be acceptable

I don’t know why he would, always dreamt of playing in Vancouver, maybe? I only pull so hard for him because the Canucks drafted him, they haven’t done well in that regard and I’ve been a fan since I was kid, makes me want him to succeed all that much more.
But, I begrudgingly agree, he seems to be damaged goods, mentally and physically. Head, knee, wrist, whatever else. A trade is probably best. |

On a smaller note, Aman had some physical impact last game. However, the need for face-off prowess should see Raty back soon. |
