I don’t know why he would, always dreamt of playing in Vancouver, maybe? I only pull so hard for him because the Canucks drafted him, they haven’t done well in that regard and I’ve been a fan since I was kid, makes me want him to succeed all that much more.

But, I begrudgingly agree, he seems to be damaged goods, mentally and physically. Head, knee, wrist, whatever else. A trade is probably best.

Yeah for sure. With JTM gone it’s a bigger whole that needs filling. None of the centers are good at it. EP40 is their best at it and it’s not his strong point by a long shot.

Hopefully playing with his fellow countryman it will spark something but it's not looking good. "0" shots again, the team had 5 PP's....like it's becoming baffling at his regression. His defensive game has been really good, but good lord there has to be some glimmer of offense in his game and that just seems to have disappeared.

Some fancy stat stuff on the Canucks. Basically they've sucked at offense 5v5, they've been good at defense 5v5, and they've been slow. Hopefully fixing the D changes it a bit

Same as the Leafs thread. I think the site should appreciate the fact that there’s anyone here at all and keep the threats to themselves. The reason a lot of people quit the site was because of the militant refs.

Markus P is looking good out there. No panic at all in his game. Very calm. So far I've enjoyed his game a lot more than I thought. Our D and Goalies are looking pretty solid for the next little while. That in itself can get a team a lot of wins. But a team full of grinders isn't gonna go very far in this league.
