now lets look at Mitch vs Leon playoffs
1.45 points per game vs .87
not even in the same universe, one produces at the same pace, one shrinks.
give me LD 100x over not even a little close - senstroll
So you'd probably want LD over matthews as well as he shrinks in the playoffs as well to .87ppg.
Actually, id take playoffs LD over any player on the leafs. |

Crown Royal
Lot 40
Caribou Crossing
Wisers 15yr
Alberta Prem Cask Strength
40 Creek
Ok, that's a good start. There's a liquor store here with a good international selection of whiskies. They might have some of these.
I drank a lot of Crown Royal in my 20s.
I'm bored with America's bullpoop and I'm gonna drink Canadian just because Canada has been a great neighbor and this is my little way of voting with my wallet. - GalacticStone

I'm gonna start drinking Canadian whiskey.
What is a good one that is commonly available in the states? (tariffs be damned)
Please don't say Canadian Mist. 😆 - GalacticStone
Dillons whiskey. Not sure if its available in Florida, but it puts most canuck whiskey to shame. Specially that crown royal crap. Distilled just outside hamilton.
There is also:
Macaloneys
Pike

Parayko is past is best before date.
Schenn is 33 years old
Neighbours scored 27 goals once. Wont come close this year so far.
Willy could hit 50 goal this year.
Id maybe trade Willy for all three
Maybe. |

When LD plays without Mc Jesus who else does he have to help him or for him to help?
When Matthews doesn't play who does MM have to help him or for him to help?
I mean LD has Hyam? RNH and what Connor Brown?
MM has Willy, JT, Knies, McMann
Just feels to me like one of these 2 has a much stronger supporting cast if you will when the main 'big gun' is out of the line up. - Cush29
I mean RNH had a 104 points 2 years ago and Hyman just scored 54.
There's not a player on the Leafs who has topped 100 points that isn't Matthews, and no one has hit 50 goals that isn't Matthews.
Marner when Matthews isn't there isn't typically rolling out with Willy - but typically he has JT with him.
Matthew Knies and McMann with their career 15 goals apiece weren't really doing much before this year . . . so the point I'm attempting to make is that when you give Marner the keys, he is quite capable of taking over and looks, for his part, like a top-10 player in the league.
Draisaitl is 2nd in NHL scoring this year and he's done a lot of that without McDavid. The stats I gave were easy because it was points when the other player wasn't in the lineup - but it doesn't go so far (and it's really hard to get a realistic view of it) as to determine how much LD is doing on his own and how much is aided by McDavid.
But if you watch the Oilers, everyone benefits from McDavid's presence - the way he drives the net, cuts the defense and draws everyone to him leaves others available to exploit the space.
That doesn't mean that Draisaitl isn't a top-10 player in the world, it just means that he gets the luxury of benefiting from McDavid taking the harder assignments when they're on different lines and the benefit of the defense keying on McDavid when they're out together.

Rielly is a country mile past his BBD.
Neighbours is 22, and ready to compete unlike Cowan who frankly from what we saw at the WJC, might never take the next step.
Schenner is already a proven winner and fills the biggest need on the team. A tough 3C who battles.
Parayko over Rielly every (frank)in’ day of the week. |

Not gonna argue about morgan, hes hasnt been good.
But cowan had a not so great 3 week tournament and now you are writing him off?
Parayko is no longer the Parayko of years past.
Schenn is 33, (frank) that.
Willy could score 50 this year.

We’re trying to win now.
No denying the trade makes them better to win now.
Moving Willy and Mo off the roster allows for better FA signings too.
And also, y’know, sign Mitchy. |

I forgot about Jameson. I had some of that once, many many moons ago. I don't remember if I liked it or not. I was in my 20s, so I probably liked it. I liked almost anything that was 80 proof (or better) back then.

I've enjoyed Crown and Coke. It was one of those tastes that I had to acquire and I worked at acquiring it because a girl I had a crush on was big on it. I racked up a bunch of those little purple cloth bags the bottles came in. When that girl moved away, I switched to Jack and bourbons and never looked back. But now I am kinda tired of this same old poop I have been drinking for decades and would like something less rednecky.

Won't stop till I die. There is plenty of time for sobriety in the grave. I'm retirement age, kids are grown, and not hurting anybody but myself.
I don't drink much any more nowadays. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a good whiskey/whisky/bourbon, especially during the playoffs, but I'm mostly a THC commando now.
Ok, well, alcohol, THC, kratom, caffeine, and nicotine..... ok, I may have multiple problems. 😆 |

Must admit I am a caffeine fiend.
Drink these Ruby Red Monsters lately.
I’ll take gummies sometimes, and have a claw in occasion. But man quitting weed and everything else and focusing on natural highs is pretty (frank)in’ sweet.
I paid >6k today on my drug. A new engine for my sled
To each their own tho. I’m 38 next month, I’m doing whatever I can to enjoy life to the fullest without drugs/alcohol. Cold winter air, pine aerosol in the summer. Sunset, loon calls, northern lights, bonfires. It’s a work in progress, but I feel good. |
