If the audience is predominantly older, wealthier folks, wouldn't it be better to get someone like when they got the Rolling Stones?

well the people in the stadium are generally that. but id think the halftime show is more geared for the TV audience. which is everyone.

also, Iv seen people who post pics and videos inside the stadium and it doesnt even look like they can see or hear it. just a guess

Thats just the audience in the stands, half time is now geared more towards the tv audience. The point of sports is to grow the audience. The Rolling stones arent gonna do that.
Also, i believe jay-z or dr dre (cant remember which) owns the company that puts on the half time shows.
Anywho, there seems to be an issue by the same poop people every year when the performers are non white. If you have issues with a sports half time show, then you have bigger issues going on. Or maybe nothing going on in your life.
