I like our odds for the Olympics. I was a bit worried we didn't ice enough snarl for this tourney, but cooler heads prevailed and this game wasn't the bloodbath I thought it was going to be.

Didnt watch the whole game but from what I saw, Marner had a great night, Matthews had a good night and had some good chances (did he score a goal at all in the tourny?). I felt both leafers player good/great. I know it seemed like some Marner skeptics thought he was gonna fade and sink away but he looked great out there.

Good for Leafers to have the Captain of the US, a winger that can play with McDavid in big games and one of the best players on team Sweden on our team.

It really isn't about Trump for me. It's about an America that has lost it's way and allowed Trumpism to take over. A third of this country didn't even vote and that's just as big of a problem as the orange wienerhead. America needed a loss, a humbling, and a punch in the nose. This tourney was a good harmless way for that to happen. Better at the tourney than in some other arena that actually matters - like the battlefield, world stage, etc.

Politics aside, the better team won. Period. Team South Quebec is no joke, but McJesus is still lord.
