Not really. He’s had a good amount of games without him both playoff and regular season as Mack has been injured a fair bit.

He's not scoring at his usual pace - not sure how that means he's the "biggest drag on the team"? He's overpaid for his current (offensive) performance. Exact same thing can be said about everyone else on the team not named Hughes or Lankinen.

Is he costing us games? Nope.
Is his poor defensive play leading to goals that are the direct result of us losing games? No, I can't think of a single play.

And yes I'm b!tching about Sherwood, are all his body checks winning us games? His 2 goals in 2 months certainly aren't.
