hmm. kinda a step up from divey but with enough elements to make it perfect.

when i went there it was pretty much two bars in one. one side was a gathering place for friends and such and the other side was where the dancing went on. there were 3 bars so getting drinks was quick.

bathrooms were okay to take a piss in.

if you could dance, you always had a good chance of making a great night. lol. and motherfuucker, i could dance.

i grew up sneaking into a place called the alpine for 50 cent beer night (they served it in tiny plastic cups, the cheap bastards). luckily for me the dancefloor was literally a 12 foot x 12 foot wood floor so i could always just make an excuse and say "i don't like to be crowded like that cause i really get nuts when i dance."

I thought they might take on an expiring contract to help another team make a deal, like a vet depth guy for the team going down the stretch (that we never ever see again in a Habs uniform).

Won't be surprised if they do absolutely nothing.

They did that for a few years, but it was a nightmare for travel.

What I liked is that you could see playoff opponents that never played against before.
