I cannot believe they were around as a band in 1995.

Not their best album, but decent.

I think Grohl got better (sound wise) when he actually had a band to help bounce ideas with and expand the music... he recorded this whole thing on his own and played all the instruments.

it was perfect for it's time but it's definitely their weakest album for sure.

once the colour and the shape came out it was more clear that they were gonna be pretty major for a long time. i still remember standing in front of my stereo the first time i put that CD in and being blown away.

The COVID draft players are starting to turn it around. Might just take longer, but yeah, it's always a pain when you get a really great player vs a franchise player.
