Honestly if Dallas was willing to pay Rantanen 14million and he didn't take it why not take Karlsson and Rakell in deal with us? I'm confident we would retain a little on Karlsson and include Rakell if the deal made sense. Especially since they do have some talent which could benefit us in the immediate future.

If Dubas brings in retreads, he's an idiot. Sullivan will definitely play retreads over his prospects. Those kids should be given every opportunity to play.

Dubas should trade Sully to the Rangers and bring up the WB coach for next season.
