There is the same process on both sides, just easier to get a permit for Canada being an American than the other way.

Doesn't apply here though....until maybe Monday.

Carlo is an American so he can play in US, Colorado game. If the game was in Canada on Saturday he wouldn't be able to play until his permit got worked out...so maybe he misses Monday's game?

Laughton is Canadian but already has a permit to play in the US so he's fine either way.
