Lorentz plays perfectly at 4LW and has the necessary size. Jarnkrok get buzz on the 4th with Kampf and Lorentz, might add a bit a scoring.

I like what Tre did today a lot despite me saying don’t sell the farm to me he only sold some of it. Minten isn’t going to be an all star IMO and the fact they got 2 guys with retention and term was a great get IMO.

Ill be the first to kick Marner out if he was another poopty playoff but there is no way rantanen is a better player then Marner. He looks better under curtain circumstances ie playing with McKinnon, makar, landeskog. Marner has the ability to make other players around him better. Just can’t get out of his own head to do it in the playoffs.

I would take Rant over Nylander, it would be tough though. Rant plays similar but heavier which I like.

I wouldn't take Rant over Marner. Even though Marner's softness bugs me, they bring very different things to the table.

Who cares what line he’s on? What matters is how effective the line is.

I honestly don't think a gimpy fading Marchand moves the needle much, but Florida is already stacked, so I still don't like it.

Happy about Laughton and Carlo. Not blown away, but still better than I thought it would end up being as 3pm inched closer.
