If you want to be realistic about a small portion of it, Carlo hasn't figured out how to play here yet either. Laughton also hasn't really blended with his line yet either. Both will take a bit of adjustment and time. Laughton feels like a fit for McMann and Domi on paper at least. Carlo is another story. Would he work better with OEL? Plop Rielly to the third pair with Myers or Benoit? Taking a look at GA/60 for our existing pairs or opportunity pairs, this is what we see (the league average, for context, is 2.24; the best in the league is Bean - Pachal in Calgary with 1.31; Benoit - Timmins was 6th at 1.51

Rielly - Myers is a bit below league average pairing, but of the available options for Rielly, until they dump his ass, third pairing with Benoit/Myers might be the best way to setup the D.
