Putting a bunch of PPG players on a team and thinking they’re just going to win just bc is moronic. Look at TOR; loaded with talent and they’ve won nothing. It’s not how you put together a winning team.

This team is severely flawed. From their small defense to their soft stars. 1 player isn’t changing this team.

- Grab Chychrun, costs nothing.
- Trade with BUF, Tuch & rights to McLeod for Othmann
- Kreider to BOS (send him home). Im fine with just trading him for a 3rd or whatever. But if I can swing it into a bigger deal for Zadorov I would. Maybe include Miller? Zadorov+ for Miller & Kreider?
- Try to pull Lauzon from Preds.

This would set the D: Zadorov/Fox, Chychrun/Schneider, Lauzon/Borgen

After that its figuring out how to move Zib. Maybe he’d go with his BFF to Boston? But that feels like it will bite us in the arse every time we play them.

This is atleast what Id like to see.

The game against EDM, I said they played the hardest 3rd period in a while although they still lost. It looked like some sort of pulse might still be ticking… then this game against CGY. Absolutely disgusting and embarrassing.

I just think no one should be safe anymore after last night outside of Igor and Quick. This summer from
Players, coaches and management everyone needs to be on the table. It’s one thing to lose these games. But to not try or care is not defensivable

yep, I think Larry Brooks summed it up perfectly today, this group just cant wait for the season to be over

the only thing left to see is how many games they lose the rest of the way and if they end up with a top 13 pick or if it ends up 14, 15th and Pittsburgh gets it

I remember before they traded Ryan McDonagh, he was hurt, but it was also like he just disappeared from the face of the earth

they had a retirement night for Jean Ratelle and usually the current Rangers captain is prominent for those kinds of occassions and McDonagh wasnt even there

whatever is currently going on with Kreider reminds me of that a bit

I agree Trocheck is not going anywhere because of JT, but it'd be foolish not to try. He's one of the few players I think that might actually fetch more than he's worth because he's a center that plays in all situations and has a reasonable cap hit with term.

The numbers are eye popping. #NHL teams have had 747 fewer power play opportunities year-over-year. Some teams have had 50+ fewer power plays this year!

How? Are players suddenly playing cleaner hockey?
