2 first michkov draft, 1 first last year, 3 first this year, 1 next year, and 2 the year after

Since I have little faith in the flyers scouts my expectations for him are not high. They will end up rushing him and setting him back. Unless they get several centers this summer.

He is a coach of a team with little talent. Should he be fired like Richardson, maybe, but who would replace him. Just let his contract play out or fire him in the offseason.

Crying about him after every game is pathetic. Just enjoy the tank and cheer for Nashville and Buffalo

Has the team improved since the head coach took over?

Can you point to any individual player taking big steps in the development process?

Can you point to any individual player regressing or staying static?

Do you approve on how the coach has handled the “franchise” player?

Once you answer those questions you have your answer.

I hope he stays as his job is not done yet. Will he get that ext is the question. Otherwise we will see if the coach is FOS.

Also you think michkov wants to be destroyed all season long( that has a higher chance of ruining him)

I think it is fair to question whether Michkov wants another year of the Torts experience. The regime has banked its whole rebuild plan on Michkov as the foundation. With him being on his ELC, his only leverage is to call out the organization as incompetent. I get the sense Michkov is the type that is not shy about expressing his opinions behind closed doors. He got benched this season during a game as an example.

To think no other coaches can get more is laughable. Young players are regressing or not taking any big leap forward. Especially offensively.

If the flyers continue down this path MM will ask out in time. He clearly hates losing and competes. Unlike CC he will not waste his entire career in philly.

Because he better then i expected, I went to 4 games the year before they drafted jett and was like he is ok, so when we drafted him I was a little disappointed 😞.

But now I'm actually pretty happy with the pick and can see easily a 2nd c and a 1st c potential

I didn't want him in the first place.

I think he has served his purpose and is now costing development and damaging culture.

I would try to bring in Kevin Dineen or Luke Richardson or take a really long, hard look at the top Junior coaches for the next head coach.

Really? So they would be risking another terrible optics if Michkov speaks out after the Gauthier situation. I would have to disagree. I would assume at the year end player exit interviews if Michkov expressed dissatisfaction that would have an impact on decisions going forward. Of course, not the only reason to make decisions going forward, but definitely part of the process.

The attendance for the Flyers this season has been bottom third in relation to stadium capacity. It would have been a whole lot worse if Michkov was in the KHL this past season. He is the only reason right now for any interest in the Flyers. TK, Couts, Tippett, or Torts did not sell the tickets this season and won't be the reason tickets are sold next season.

Maybe other coaches can, like i would be kicking tires on coach Q. But the rest available I don't think would make a difference

I would go after David Carle from Denver. Only retread I like is Sullivan if the Pens let him go. I liked Luke Richardson when he was with Senators organization but not sure if the Chicago gig hurt his chances now.

Starts with 3 weeks to go. 3 rounds with a losers bracket to play for 5th, 6th etc...

Final round is Slightly longer to take us to the end of the season.

Looks like so far as 1 and 2 seeds we will have first round byes. We will see where we are at the end of the week.

Players and coaches don't tank, gms do. They traded away 4 starters and accumulated picks. Now the team stinks.
