You need the Wild to board the Toronto Maple Leafs’ 18-wheeler.

If they would’ve just dug the whole money pit area this show would’ve been over 10 seasons ago.

At the very bottom of the legendary pit is Ryan Reaves' usefulness.

Most solid game he's played all season. If he could be that consistent, I will gladly suck it and them and all of them and it.

Moore, Kapanen, Mikheyev and Engvall brought speed - but go frank yourself if you are trying to sell me on the idea that it was useful in ways.

P.S. Dermott brought Speedo.

If its a mid size suv, honda crv
- Fakepartofme

This is what I am considering.

My decision is probably between the CRV and the civic hatchback (both Hybrid).

The 2025 Civic Hatchback Hybrid is a blast to drive. It feels like a go kart

If you guys had to buy a small SUV what would it be?

What about a small or medium car/hatchback?

- Aetherial

If you're looking for not majorly expensive but bang for the buck, and this is one of the best luxury cars in Asia that is underrated in North America...

Genesis SUV, has so much tech and is really high end, just not respected here so a little less expensive with great warranty and service deals.

Otherwise,

Porsche Macann or Cayenne are great and not expensive to fix...well only as expensive as most cars now.

BMW X6, is awesome.

Mercedes GLE S Coupe...just not the 3 series. This one...

Would like any of them. I'm not convinced about reliability in the Genesis, but they are pretty nice inside!

When I first started, I thought I would buy and RX350, maybe the Hybrid. Ultimately, the value (to me) is not there when you get up into the cost of those cars you listed or the RX350.

I'm retired, and our finances are good, but I always thought I would try to be a little conservative about cars in retirement

Also... Have a new 18 year-old driver in the house, with an accident already . Insurance could get really ugly!

We have a 2022 dodge durango, it’s not bad but literally tonight my wife was trying to talk me into an armada for the size. We have 4 kids so the Durango is a little small. We had the old style armada before the Durango and I loved it. Problem is we own both our vehicles with no payments and she wants to go and screw that all up.

It is definitely a new level of terror unlocked. It gets really difficult when they get their G2 and start driving alone. To be honest, my son got into a careless accident in a not-difficult situation. I had noticed that he was a little *too* confident behind the wheel, so I was a little pissed.

On the other hand, I had my first accident the first year I had my license also.

Yeah, a Durango won't do with 4 kids. We only have 1 so I can stay with smaller vehicles.

Honestly, if I were you I would look for a Minivan.

I remember back in the day, the Dodge Caravan's that were always rated poorly, would go on sale for like 22K. I used to tell people it was the best deal on the market. I had a friend with 3 kids put 240K on one. I mean, for 20+ at the time, you can't really beat that value for a family hauler.

I’m with you but unfortunately my wife thinks she’s to cool for a minivan lol

Saying that we only have 1 kid in a car seat still. The rest are getting older so we’re finally entering a new stage in life where the vehicle doesn’t consist of strollers, car seats and playpens.

OMG, I miss my Pontiac Montana SV6 minivan.

Not to brag, Aethsie, but it had 14 drink holders.

And the cd player could play CDs with burnt mp3s.

Camping trips were a breeze. Just throw poop in the back.

I took my family (4) plus my parents to Sutton for a ski trip. Borrowed a rooftop box, and we travelled like we were in 1st class.

My wife thought the same thing when we had our first child.

Then someone backed into our tiny SUV (we bought it when we were childless) so the insurance company lent us a Caravan.

Mrs. Wedgie drove it for a couple of weeks and was sold (TMI, but being able to easily climb in the back to breastfeed was the clincher).

Borrow/rent a minivan for a week, and have your wife drive it.

Then close the deal.

This is actually pretty good advice. My brother was not sold until he borrowed his neighbour's minivan when his car was dead. 3 or 4 days later, he was all-in on the idea.

They are so practical for familes. There really is no substitute.

... and CD players that would play burnt CDs with MP3's were golden!

I hear ya on that one.

Just some suggestions, I'm looking for a new ride too.

I stuck between Range Rover and Genesis right now. Price and reliability have me leaning Genesis.

Keep you posted.

Besides that, and for all of you other cu(n)ts....great win by the Laffs tonight.

Unexpected. GLG!!!

Genesis, no question.

Friend had a Range Rover one of the big ones 500+HP. It was GREAT to drive around in when we visited him in Calgary, but he finally gave it up because the repairs were constant and hellishly expensive. It is definitely a luxury brand I would never consider. To be fair, his RR was 10 years old, but the repairs were constant and significant. The whole damn thing fell apart.

I don't have little ones any more, but (frank) me do I wish I had an excuse to have a minivan.

Not sure why, but the first thing I always think of is I love vans from the 80s, not in the "got some candy" kinda way but badass comfort and space kinda way. My buddy's dad had a few awesome ones back in the day and getting a ride to soccer was epic!

"Love it when a plan comes together" didn't help either. So many fun things to do with them.

Spent my whole adult car life loving how RRs look...every 2nd year they got better too..but always bought anything but for that repair issue reason.

Even with that...and wouldn't get a RR without a great warranty...still leaning towards Genesis...or maybe the Benz GLC. I'm a sucker for the luxury poop.

(Smart part of my head is screaming...Minivan spanked out for an apocalypse is the way to go! )

WHo knows.
