Once again you continued to say something that many on here have said they dislike and find it offensive yet you cant respect there simple ask. Its not like you are speaking it, you are typing it. You are not a nice person and you dont play well with others. Like I said, you dont respect anything or anybody.

Perhaps you should just go away and not interact with others.

Start by respecting others wishes, try by starting with the name calling and offensive words.

You do need therapy though.

Imagine filling out the sheet at the psychiatrist and the “why are you here” part and somebody writes “my hockeybuzz posts” 🤣

The need for you to get the last word in is the narcissist in you.

Its probably only going to get worse

I’d rather root for a losing team full of young players who compete and have potential than this sinking ship. Having recent success and high expectations makes this all so much more depressing.

Then guys on here have crystal balls and judge every move in hindsight. Pretty comical.

It's all so depressing. We are right back to 21 months ago when we were raging that we care more than the players do.
Tonight's game should have me trying to get as many of my Leaf fan friends over to watch as I can, but instead I find myself wondering what time the new episode of Reacher might drop.

Seriously. I used to plan my schedule around watching the games. For the first time ever I just want them to tank the next 5 games to put us out of our misery. It’s the humane thing to do.

ooooh look who wants to turn the place uncivil again

the tone of saying "are we allowed" absolutely says you want to start a fight on here, and I'm game if you'd like to go that way

- jimbro83

No. What I’m saying is this team isn’t winning anything in the next few years so I’d rather have the first round pick vs a declining 32 year old. Do I believe this team can win a cup in the next 2-3 years? No. I think a “re-tool” adding younger players for the future (keeping our 1st round pick) was the better move than getting Miller just to say we got Miller.

If we were close, and looked like we could compete in the near future, sure, go get him, everyone on here knows my love for JT Miller. This wasn’t the right time to get him.

Be honest; Before the year started - would you have thought the Capitals could be doing what they are doing?

Not directed at anyone specially. I’ve done plenty of it too. I think Drury tries a lot of 50/50 deals. Could look like a genius or could look like a moron. Hard to win deals decisively.

To one of Brukies points, in hindsight Drury should’ve held Goodrow, Kakko, and Trouba until this offseason. At the time they were justifiable, now seeing the state of the team and the fact that the cap space wasn’t used, it looks pretty stupid. Big offseason for Drury, that’s for sure.

I believe they would have been justified to move them if they were going to utilize the cap space but Drury never did.

Is Bogen better than pre injured Trouba? Soucy isnt for sure, nobody says keep your head up Borgen is on the ice. These moves are head scratchers.

I dont know what he has planned but there arent any FA's that I would say is a must have, maybe Chychrun, do we really want Marner?

Maybe a big trade moving Laffy and Miller?

We do not. We already have Marner, he's wearing #10 for us.

I don’t think Borgen is here to be a big hitter like Trouba. He is solid defensively in his own zone, good shot blocker who can skate and move the puck better than Trouba. His cap hit is half the cost too. I am fine with him in a second pair role

Not me!
The way we swept them out of the playoffs last spring, the weak effort given by Ovi -- I thought they were DONE! Never thought they would even make the playoffs this season!
Glorious year to be a Caps/Ovi fan!

I think moving Kreider is #1 which doesn’t necessarily make them better, just opens up a spot for a young player. He’s just clearly not happy here anymore.

Maybe Mika too, but similarly it’s more of an opening a spot/cap move than a getting assets back one.

Top free agents put the Rangers back in a tricky spot because they’re always an overpay and get NMCs.

Hopefully Drury surprises, I think he has to in order to turn the tide (and maybe keep his job).

Am I the only one who think Ovi should be tested for roids? Hope that’s not a thing, but imagine?

how is it possible you have been watching JT Miller play and say he is declining

he is coming off a 103 point season last year

so what we dont have another 1st round pick, all we do is complain about their development anyway

all we have done is complain about perimeter players and we now have a bulldog who plays straight ahead and it's having a great effect on Cuylle having JT Miller to play with

Yep pretty much remember last thread saying we suck drafting first round picks anyway. So why not have a sure thing in JT Miller who is a point per game player locked in long term
