did we win?🤔
i stepped outside and pisssed into the wind so i took a shower and, not wanting to pee in the shower, i stepped outside and pissed into the wind so i took another shower but i farted in the shower so i had to get out and take a poop then get back in to wash my ass again and by that time i was so anxious about the game that i couldn’t bear to look at the score without my hb fam support system🥰
its one (frank)ing game. Who gives a poop? They beat the avs in a playoff style of game. How about you stop being a (frank)ing baby every time they lose and look at the broader picture?
yes you'll say "this wont win in the playoffs!" congrats bro. You took the (frank)ing easiest choice ever and took the higher probability of being right JUST so you can be right. (like most teams lose in the playoffs...you think Dallas or Avs suck when one of them is outed in the first round?)
Don't worry I'm sure you'll be here cheering them when they win a game in the playoffs like you're some hero fan who doesn't talk poop about them and wish they'd trade all their players away every other day of the season.
Give your schtick a rest. It's (frank)ing exhaustingly annoying. I feel for your wife and kids to live with such a miserable wiener day in and day out. Always on about the most miserable (frank)ing outcome so you can be right.

I hope you were finally able to relax and get some rest. But first, take a look at the general tone of the game reactions from pretty much everyone. They're the same as mine.

Not everything is an all in or all out. The game was all Leafs in the 1st, it was great. They just stopped moving well in the 2nd and 3rd outside of the few moments of good play. Trap game as usual. Typical Leafs. They'll stomp a playoffs team next game.

Meh, they played 4 games this week and it's been a grind.

Bro you're putting way too much stock into two periods of play that don't matter.
You wouldn't do the same for a win against a playoff team.
Leafs are 25 - 9 - 2 against non playoff teams. Let's not act like they do this regularly. But I don't want to get between you and misery.

It happens from time to time to all teams. Dominant start, then getting too cute and can't execute after. After Tavares did not shoot and tried to pass to Willy in 2 on 1, I had a feeling this is not going to end well.
Not much to see here, move on to the next game.

Almost a classic example of the 3-in-4 or 5-in-7 syndrome where a team plays tired. You want them to dig deeper but if there's nothing there . . .? I'm going to chalk up half of the stupidity last night from mental fatigue and hopefully with a couple of days off they bounce back.
There are still bound to be some dogs ahead - March 30 @ Anaheim is a 3rd in 4, on the road and it's back-to-back; April 13th against Carolina would mark 4 in 6 with two sets of back-to-back games over that 6 day period.
