I was taking issue with you saying Vancouver don't need Marner.
We definitely need what he brings to the table - scoring, speed, 2 way player, PP and PK.
Perhaps you meant you don't want him, for whatever reason.
If you want to make an argument for a different realistic option, then i'm all ears.
But Marner is a UFA and Horvat is signed to another team....let it go my bro.
I mean, Marner is not signing here anyways, so it's moot, but we definitely could use him or someone like him.

Bottom line some creative thinking is needed here instead of taking big runs at UFAs that don't have good PO records like Marner.
