Yup.

And then a thing I see them do all the time - the puck leaves the zone but the Leafs are more fresh and the other team is exhausted - but you have the advantage of the long change. Why peel all the back into your zone and let them change? Why not just regroup and press it. They have to collapse back in their zone and you can hold the puck and do a player-for-player change. Instead they always run away behind their own net and let them complete the change.
