What did I miss? I was wondering where he was. Must've been pretty solid stupidity to get a ban on the political thread. - Load Management
It wasn't a ban. He turned into a full MAGA cunt, slagging Canada and being over all disgusting. Vintage called him out and we haven't heard from the asshole since.

Well I always took him for for being an ass & now itβs proven he has his head up MAGAβs ass. Good on Vintage ππ»

Maybe a few too many Oxys and Michelob Ultras. That whole thread is a troller's ball anyways. I don't mind the guy even though he's a dumb Dman. I'm also used to the ridiculousness of some Americans having lived there for a couple of years. Hope he comes back eventually.
Considering how much they overachieved last year, this just feels like a regression to the mean. Most of the team had career years and were for the most part able to avoid being injured a lot (save for Demko) and it helped them manage to go further than they really should have. It feels a lot like that one year at the start with Benning where they managed to make the playoffs because of the shutdown and play-in round and almost made it to the WCF by getting to game 7 of the second round then crashed the next year.
This team needs to really look at making major changes not just on the roster, but in all areas. Maybe it is time for a new management group, new coach, even a new core centered around just Hughes and build out from there. It all comes back to Aqua and if he can handle having the patience to take the 3-4 years it would take to build back up to a proper contender or if he'll insist on quick fixes for another flukey playoff round or two as a Wild Card holder. - DariusKnight
Yeah mostly agree as well. That shooting % was ridiculous. What I've been thinking about more especially with STL's run of late (and their cup run), it's probably going to take something like last year for the team to get back to a cup final. Some perfect storm. That's what made it so fun last year - barely any injuries and just a snowball effect on scoring and winning. So many players had career years. I would just say the regression this year I think puts us lower than than the middle of last year and this year's team. Without super Hughes and early Lankinen, this team would have been way worse this year.
Awesone support. Loved my Rocket season tickets, itβs been a while since Iβve been in K town for the winter. Miss watching live hockey. We got a decent baseball league in BahΓa de Banderas, fun going to the games on Sundays.

The start to the season really was an omen til the other shlt hit the fan. The D corp lost points outta the gate. The drama ensued. The trade & remaking of the D. EP still lost out there. The PP being static. All added up to lousy play at home. Inconsistency the big problem. Handed too many points away snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
