he made me a lot of dollar bills during that one playoff series.
is he streaky or does being a ranger just hold him back? - kicksave856
Well I'm going with door #2 Kick!
But he still needs to prove it.

Yeah, not sure what I'd give up for him though.
Feels like the Rangers would ask for, at least, Reinbacher? And I'm not convinced we can afford to trade him.

Exactly my point.
As for Panarin, just to be clear, it's sexual misconduct/attempted rape allegations and thank god the young woman managed to get away. But still. - Scabeh
I'm not arguing on the morality.
But I don't have access to the article but if they settled on "alleged" sexual misconduct and no charges were pressed against Panarin there is a legal distinction because Mailloux's victim did press charges and he pleaded guilty in court.
So Mailloux was legally guilty of a crime.
Panarin isn't at this point.
Not comparing the morality or gravity of both situations but there is a difference. |

Yeah. I'd do that.
Not sure the Rangers would but if that's the offer, I take it.

I get your point.
I'd also say Mailloux was a dumb teenager while Panarin is an adult.
I still think the Rangers have alot to answer for here, so does the league.
Imagine if the Rangers were in the playoffs, what a mess that would have been.

obviously the point is to have Mailloux and Panarin on the same team.
and yes Reinbacher is not going anywhere. |

I was wondering when the bleeding hearts would show thier face.
I’ve got the balls to take you on. I’m not advocating for Panarin. If he assaulted the woman, and apparently there’s truth to the matter he should be taken to task.
But that’s not the point. This about the journalist who took a story that’s been settled amicably, and put it out there for all the hand ringers to see.
Don’t give me this crap about shedding light on a story. We don’t need to know everything

I have no details about the case but we live in a society of law where you are presumed innocent until proven guilty and I assume millionaires are prone to being targeted by sketchy lawsuits for money grab and sometimes they settle because they don't want to live the humiliation of a public lawsuit.
Not saying that's the case here.
But she decided to settle, I don't think he'll have criminal charges pressed against him. I wonder on what grounds the NHL could suspend him.

If a chick took your cel phone and told you to pick it up in her room, would you think you're just going there for the phone??
