Have we talked about opening lineup yet?
Knies Matthews Marner
McMann Tavares Nylander
Robertson Domi Jarnkrok
Patches Laughton Lorentz
McCabe Tanev
Rielly Carlos
OEL Benoit
Stolarz - gravyface
I doubt Domi will be at C, and both Patches and OEL are questionable.

So did Montreal raise a banner after their win over a canes team that didnt want to play?
Suzuki speech for making the playoffs? What a joke.

Are the Sens blocking area codes from buying tickets so their stadium isn't filled with Leafs fans?
They did that the last time they faced Montreal in the playoffs.
What a bunch of losers.

It's become tradition to have the captain say a few words to the crowd after the regular season ends. Playoffs or not.
We'll stick to banners for cups thank you, we're not the (frank)ing Canucks.

No idea. But I live in Ottawa, so they can try to block me
I know they waited until the last minute to make sure they were playing the Leafs and not Tampa so they could jack up the prices. |

Has he not played C all season?
I thought Patches was ready. If not, I still think I'd like to see Robbie on his strong side and Jarnkrok can play both sides, is defensively responsible, so I like him with those two, which will obviously be a sheltered scoring line.
Laughton while underwhelming, is an upgrade over Kampf offensively, and roughly the same defensively, so he's in for 4C, but if Patches isn't ready, I think I'd roll with Kampf/Laughton/Lorentz for a 4th line with some offensive upside.
But who knows. Bottom 6 will be a blender more than likely.

Katie Strang article in the Athletic.
Panarin forced a Rangers employee into his hotel room, pinned her on the bed. She managed to fight him off, exit the room.
The Rangers put her on leave, then settled with her, including everyone signing NDAs.
This happened in 2023. Settlement was this summer.
They just named him team MVP.

Domi has played a bit at C but as of late he’s been primarily on the wing, Holmberg has been the 3C
Jarnkrok belongs where he has been, on the 4th line wing
McMann Holmberg Robertson
Lorentz Laughton Jarnkrok
They’ve looked good as a bottom six imo.
Tbh the way they’ve been playing the only switches that should occur is putting McCabe and OEL back in when ready to go. |

Pretty sure they just have a "Sens subscriber" thing that lets you get tickets 2 hour early but anyone can do it
Doesn't matter though because Leafs fans will be buying resale. I know some people who are trying to make a trip out of it next weekend and aren't worrying about cost. |

Looks like a cheap but clean hotel in downtown Ottawa for Saturday night will run you $250 - $300 when you include all the fees.
Then it's just a matter of figuring out how you are going to get out to the arena. Last time I was there, we ate dinner at a pub in the market, and they charged you $10 for a bus to and from the game. |
