You know how Max Domi has been a colossal disappointment this year, with only 8 goals and 25 assists, and a P/GP of 0.45?

Pacioretty has 5 goals and 8 assists. That's it. Yes, only 37 games, but his P/GP is only 0.35.

I can think of a dozen guys I'd put on the 2nd line ahead of him. Or in the lineup ahead of him.

The one thing Max P. has going for him is that before his injuries, he was laying the body way more than I think anybody ever expected out of him. He really embraced that desperation and do anything to stay in the NHL mentality. Sens are a pesky team, so I think he will see some action at some point...though hopefully not on the second line.

There's a fascinating article in today's Athletic about the University of Tennessee's now ex-QB.

He signed an $8 million NIL deal while still in high school to play for the Volunteers.

He was scheduled to make $2.2 million this year, but decided to hold out for more money. The article strongly implies that his dad is behind it - he gives off major Paul Marner vibes.

Tennessee refused to renegotiate, so it looks like the kid will transfer to another school, but whether or not he still gets paid by Tennessee is murky.

And the best part?

His name is Nico Iamaleava.

I've been laughing for the last 10 minutes.

I hate how that graphic is staggered, so I have to work my old man eyes harder to see which wingers line up with which centers.

Also, is Patches really top 6 material today? He looked awesome for about 3 weeks at the start of the season banging everybody, but I'd rather McMann up there to give them a really strong top 6.

That’s what I’m thinking. Kampf, Jarnkrok and Holmberg play somewhat similar, games. Patches brings something a bit different and does have more offensive upside. I wouldn’t mind seeing him in at some point

He could be money on the 4th line, maybe a bit of PP2 here and there for a different look in front of the net. Keep his minutes below 10 and he should be a wrecking ball again if he's healthy.

A dozen guys not in the line up or including guys from the bottom 6?
Besides would patches be on the 2nd line? Im assuming he would be 3rd/4th line.
So someone who can score and hit on the lower lines would be nice to have.....and it would only be for a couple of games as im sure hed get injured again

I think I am in the Queue for tickets for the Sens home game 2 in the ticketmaster app? It let me enter the queue but now I'm looking at a page that has a countdown to when the tickets go on sale so I'm not sure if I'm actually in the queue or not. lol

It said I had 15 people ahead of me before it flashed to this screen so who knows if they opened up the queue early or if I'll just be SOL in 22 minutes.

We shall see.

Yep but I just don't get why they would put me in the queue if it wasn't for the general public sales? Usually if it was a queue for just the seasons ticket holders they would bounce me to the site and make me put in a code or just bounce me out. I've never seen this screen before so I'm going to stay on it and see if I get in via it.

Worst case scenario I won't and save a bunch of money. lol

And then as I typed this I got the spinning wheel of death and "solmething went wrong' and asked me to rejoin. Then "Tickets go on sale at noon message and click to join the waiting room (which I have).

lol

So now in the waiting room with a message that says "Welcome to the waiting room, when the sale starts your screen will refresh and you'll join the queue"

So you may want to get into the waiting room if your not already in there for anyone trying to get tickets.

I've been hate watching the Habs a bit down the stretch, they are not a good team. Washington absolutely obliterates them.

I have nothing against it, I want it happens, personally.

Like Scabeh mentioned, it's probably to weed out Leafs fans buying tickets by getting Sens subscribers first dibs.

I went to playoff game only once and it was very expensive for abstracted view and top row. But it was well worth it, especially after Bozak scored OT goal.

If they limit the amount of tickets you can buy, you have a shot!

I won't hold my breath and won't be terribly upset if it doesn't happen TBH.

The problem is they start sales for ALL the games at the same time so you never really know what most people are trying for but I'd guess Game 4 is the biggest one being that it's probably on the Sat pm.
