This once effective rebuild has become a complete disaster. Is Dolan the one unaware these players wont play for Drury? I am hearing numerous trade requests will be issued before noon tomorrow.

Where did you read this? Why noon today?

He found 20 players this year, maybe next year he can find 22 and almost make the playoffs again!!!

You are the guy who wanted to trade Shesterkin last summer lol

You reminded us 100 times

Talk about creating a “toxic locker room”

- jimbro83

Yes. I don’t think an 11.5 million dollar goalie is a recipe for success.

I dont think an 8 million dollar a year defenseman in Trouba was going to continue to be a recipe for success either, he was clearly breaking down, but you are the one making it a big deal that Drury tried to move him last summer to better use that $$$

Drury did not sign Trouba to that contract

I dont think anyone asks for a trade, it would definitely make the player look bad.

I'm just looking for people to have some consistency in their opinions

nyrangers9479 always wants to trade everyone, Drury tried to trade Trouba

I knew Drury wasn’t going be fired now 🤷‍♂️

The overreactions to this whole thing are waaaaay too much

But that’s par for the course these days in the Rangers online world

- jimbro83

It’s actually pretty funny the overreaction. Yea I don’t think people get he could still be fired after this next year if things go bad again. But I am happy there is some stability and no more speculation. Drury has a plan he started to implement last November. Now he has a chance to continue it and follow through. Hoping for the best if works out

There is so many differing opinions, its hard to keep track of them.

We all want to win, its getting there that has us at a disagreement.

it was Laviolette's job to straighten out the locker room, he didnt, and he was rightly fired

My man, you are a funny guy. You talk about stability yet Drury fired the second coach he hired in 4 years 5 days ago.

Keep preaching brother!!!

I gotta say Im pretty disappointed with the locker room, we dont have privy information in there but as people pointed out players get traded all the time, this team itself had of course in the past traded players, so the fact that the team took a nosedive is still very concerning to me. The only players who still played well were in my eyes, Rempe, Cuylle and Igor. Most games they played lifeless, just going thru the motions, Laffy was a HUGE disappointment to me.

This locker room needs to be fixed before anything else can happen.

GM's and coaches never get fired. lol

Resigned Drury..now he can go get a coach. Would be much harder to sign a coach and FAs w/ a lame duck GM

Drury has to show a much better product/performance next season...If its a repeat of this year, he's gone.

the contract extension wont matter, I remember AV got like a 3 year extension the year before he was fired, it means nothing, other than Dolan has to write a check if he fires him

I don’t want to trade everyone, I want to trade the emotionless, gutless softies. The Fox’s, Zibanejads, Panarins etc.
