There are still upper bowl tickets at face value which are $385 so I assume you mean it’s cray cray that tickets are being sold for less than face value?

I think lots of Sens fans are going to take a hit on resale tonight.

As an ancient Leafs fan, there is a difference on what jersey you wear. Ottawa has been in the league for just over 30 years. You walk into their alumni room and at best you get Alfreddson, Redden and Craig Anderson. Walk into the Leafs alumni room, you get guys like Keon, Sittler, Gilmour etc. Walk into the Habs dressing room, you get stars like Price, Savard, Robinson etc. The reason why I make this observation is players like Laine, who have talent but bounce around from team to team never get it. His I don't give a sh!t attitude will be quickly administrated to the press box and he won't see next year in Montreal. It's why you see an inferior team, in Montreal, giving Washington grief. Yes, the Habs are talented, but are punching above their weight class. Sure, the Leafs haven't had playoff success, the last number of years, but have been competitive. It's not totally their fault when there's another 3 teams with Stanley Cup appearances in the same division. It's hard to climb over teams that are perennial Stanley Cup finalists and their teams are built over years of trades and drafting. The Leafs are, for the first time, equal to the two Florida teams and have a chance to advance to the finals. Their core is now at their zenith and their supporting cast is solid. Once they dispatch their current opponent, they'll have their biggest test in round 2. Florida, the defending Stanley Cup Champions. It's going to get interesting soon enough. The Habs? They'll pass Ottawa and become the 1st Wildcard next season and will improve exponentially in the division. Ottawa will also improve, but not as quickly as Montreal.

Hoping that Tampa has a renaissance in this series and help debilitate the Panthers for us. Leaf just need to get out of this series with Ottawa, healthy.

Good Morning fellas. Happy elimination game day. Mrs Tool will tell you it's clean the garage for the guy coming at 3pm to quote the new garage door and opener day, but nobody listens to what women say so...Go Leafs Go!

Yeah, about that "dispatch their opponent thing", let's not celebrate until it happens.

Have we all forgotten our entire lifetimes' experience of being a Leafs fan?

If you mean the last 15 years, than sure. However, we've been progressively getting better each year. We just needed to get the Dubas effect exorcised to move forward. Boston has finally decided to rebuild, so that's one heretic not competing this year. Getting past Ottawa quickly would benefit us, leaving us on an equal footing with one of the Florida teams. The path to the finals has never been this open for the Leafs to move into. I'm not saying that the Panthers can't beat the Leafs, but 2 years to the finals leaves a toll on their key players. The longer you can extend a series with Florida, the better chance you have to defeat them.

Just adding. The Leafs have really limited the shots that Ottawa have been getting, especially later in games. Leafs just need to be patient and it'll fall into place.

I don’t buy your explanations
Your short sighted expectations
(Stop complaining; I don’t care)

I told you the way it had to be
I will (frank) with you
If you try to (frank) with me
(So don’t try it)

Look at this face, I’m the one you love
The white light of truth from heaven above
(An angel of poop, (frank)er

I've had a night to sleep on it, and my thoughts on that Kane goal challenge.... are STILL that it was the worst challenge I can remember. That literally could have changed the entire trajectory of the series.

That, or LA comes out swinging in game 4 and puts them away in 5. The Oilers are like the Leafs, you never truly know what you're gonna get.

The only thing you don’t know about what you’re going to get from the Leafs is who the next hero will be after Domi and Benoit. Laughton?, Jarnkrok, Patches?
