Maplebud, why does your extended 'location' sometimes enlarge the left column and at other times does not?

EDIT: A-Ha... I think it has to do with the length of the other posts; if they are short, your location takes up the slack... but if they are longer, like mine was, it doesn't.

when you do that it extends everyone's location box, not just mine. you only notice mine because there is a novel written in it.

I understand that... I just assume that because there seems to be no problem on here without your loooong location, it is your location that is a problem with the HB program -- I am not saying you are the problem, it is the HB site.


I don't know if you saw what appeared before I monkeyed with it or not... but with all the very short posts the right column was about two inches wide, with the left one picking up the slack... My post tipped the scales.

I just find it kinda funny, that's all.
