There are only so many sure things in life.... the NFL's Cardinals losing more games than they win is one of those.

Dallas isn't gonna do anything. Why? Who's their QB?

my pick is Indianapolis vs NY Giants in the Manning bowl. But I could not care about football any less. BTW, Indy wins

Seahawks. They did nothing but get better this year.

Nate Burleson

Julian Peterson

Pretty big upgrades. And Ken Hamlin will be back this year, after being hit in the head with a stop sign.

The Seahawks lost one of the best offensive linemen in the league... and Burleson is not that great... and certainly not worth what they paid him.

Another team that took a step back in the offseason.

How so? They added a great possesion WR in Johnson, and had a great draft (adding DeAngelo Williams).

They also lost their two top tacklers on the other side of the ball... their 2nd best linebacker (who filled in at middle when Morgan was hurt) and their top safety.

Gamble and Lucas give them two shutdown CB's. Peppers is the best DE in the game. Thomas Davis can fill in at Saftey also.

Bureleson, is very good as a #2 guy, they havent had any real recievers outside Jackson since Robinson became an idiot. Hutchinson is very good, but Floyd "Porkchop" Womack is a talented guy whos been waiting for a chance and Tom Ashworth is no slouch if Womack tanks. Walter Jones makes anyone on the left side look good.

You say that as if the loss of your two top tacklers isn't going to hurt.... which is far from the truth.

He'd still pick apart the league. He made a mistake, now he can write his legacy.

With the offense the Panthers have, the defense doesnt have to be spectacular, just solid.

Their offense? It was 22nd last year... KJ is a nice pickup, but he's not a big difference maker anymore. And Williams won't be much better than what you had last year... if he's even playing. I can't imagine that Foster won't be the starter at the beginning of the season.

The defense is going to have to be very good for Panthers to be an elite team because their offense is far from elite.

Foster is good, but he has major injury problems. Anyways, I cant wait for the season. For all we know Tennessee or SanFran could pull off a miracle and win it. Anything is possible.

Seahawks in 2006.

Nothing is stopping Alexander from breaking his own record. The Hawks got a lot stronger in the linebacking core with Peterson and the secondary is just as strong as last year. Burleson will sure up the receiving core.
