yep. he is seeing pretty much the same stuff as vlad. very few fastballs and almost nothing in the middle of the plate. both will adjust

vladdy started heating up as soon as they put him ahead of smoak in the order. made it a bit harder to pitch around him

well and vlad adjusted big time too of course

*. one was a rain shortened game.

infuriates me that the previous batter battled his ass to coax a walk and rack up the pitch count, then the next guy swings at the first pitch.
