Marlins star shortstop Hanley Ramirez says he has no plans to apologize to his teammates for his lack of hustle Monday night and that he lost respect for manager Fredi Gonzalez.

"It's his team. He can do whatever he [expletive] wants," Ramirez told the Palm Beach Post. "There's nothing I can do about it. It's brutal."

The All-Star shortstop was pulled after the second inning when he committed a costly error against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Ramirez misplayed a Tony Abreu popup and accidently kicked it about 100 feet toward the left-field corner and jogged after it. The D'backs scored two runs on the play in the 5-1 victory.
