i'm not sure about 3rd liner, but i'm shocked at the results of draft day.

Qiuite frankly, I think every single Canadian team screwed the pooch.

Edmonton - well, they gained some cap space, but they signed a goalie that is good but not really all that sure he is capable of backing a cup winner. Is he an imporovement over what they had? not so sure. not a major one, if at all. their D, still their biggest hole, nothing done to change that.

Toronto - Murray? Really? why they would want a basement dwellers retreads is beyond me. Not plugging their biggest hole, and actually downgrading is a big fail. Granted, when you look at it together with the mrazek trade, they basically traded similarly priced goalies and picked up a pick in the process. still no legit starting goalie though.

Ottawa - biggest signing - Giroux. He's 34. why? the Sens dont stand a chance at competing by the time Giroux is nothing more than a depth piece. He has already declined quite a bit. i'm also a little skeptical on that debrincat trade. sure he's a 24 year old point per game player..... on pat kane's wing. is he that on Josh Norris' wing? lol.

CAlgary - just lost their best piece to Columbus. no need to say more.

Vancouver - crickets (at least on anything significant). icing the same team that couldn't do poop last year.

winnipeg - pure crickets. van does nothing big, winnipeg does absolutely nothing at all. it's like they've disappeared.

i had to ask the same question but his stats say he scored a bunch this year but i just never saw a reason to watch a sens game. maybe things are finally going to even out a little bit. this thread's been a ridiculous argument for like 15 years. let's see how delusional leaf fans can be when it's the other way around. i'm counting on you to be exceptionally delusional.
