So far today:

1 smoke and some water.

I caught a shark, some blue fish, and a 40 pound cobia at VA Beach this past week so I will be eating them tonight. They had to be frozen so we'll see how it turns out. We did have some a few hours after catching them and they were great. The shark was tough but I expected that.
