Paul Simon is coming to town soon. I would like to go see him but apparently his tickets are costly. I don't understand two things about that:
1) Isn't it kind of wrong to make your name on hippy dippy protest songs and odd limericks in the 60s-70s-80s only to charge huge amounts of money to sing them years later?
2) Why do musicians charge more the older they get? Metallica is the same frigging way. Way past their prime but it costs more every time they come to town. It doesn't work this way with athletes.
