I thought that salt impedes the blood flow also... Studies bat issues back and forth... and if you go with every study, your health would fluctuate with the timing I suppose.

Yea, a lot of times the media picks up on one segment of a study and sensationalizes it for attention.

That article talks about a meta study, that found that most other studies don't show any conclusive results to say it's actually bad for you, and the ones that claim to have poor methodology. Giving a rat the equivalent of 500gs of sodium, and drawing a conclusion is about as sane as giving an ape a 100% smoke, 0% oxygen mix, and saying marijuana causes brain damage, lol.

I hate the sneaky bananas that stay green on the outside but gets those spots on it and inside are more than ripe... You cannot tell a ripe banana nowadays... in fact, I'm finding it difficult to find a good banana no matter what market I get them from... and when I finally do, it isn't good there the next time I purchase them.

There is little better in this World that a perfectly ripe yet firm good banana between two slices of fresh, high quality white bread... smothered in Hellmann's Mayonnaise.
