they said "beef chuck tender steak".

i bought two of them and figured they would be bad. to offset that i also grabbed a ribeye and a ny strip.

to be honest, these didn't come out too bad. little chewier than i'm used to but not like "dry chewy", more like "raw meat chewy" cause i went kind of rare this time.

turned out pretty good though.

Yeah they can be pretty good Chuck tender and eye round pretty much the same steak.
We buy t-bones and porterhouse up here 6.99lb . get a ny strip and a chunk of filet in a cheaper steak because of the bone.
